Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Complus Systems Pvt. Ltd. and JV Micronics, marking a strategic collaboration in the defence and electronics manufacturing space.

The company, in its regulatory filing dated April 28, 2026, informed exchanges that the partnership aims to jointly explore opportunities in India as well as international markets across the design, development, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of anechoic and semi-anechoic chambers.

Under the agreement, Paras Defence, Complus Systems, and JV Micronics will integrate their respective capabilities to pursue projects in defence and allied sectors. The collaboration is expected to leverage each partner’s domain expertise to strengthen execution and expand market reach.

Paras Defence will act as the consortium leader and will oversee the overall design, development, manufacturing, and installation of the chambers, along with associated filters and engineered points of entry. The company will also coordinate development activities, represent the consortium in external engagements, and provide strategic direction.

Complus Systems will contribute its technical expertise by offering customised solutions aligned with project requirements. Its role will include instrumentation procurement, engineering support, and active participation in project execution.

JV Micronics, on the other hand, will support the consortium with manufacturing, integration, and services related to RF absorbers and other associated components required for such specialised infrastructure.

The collaboration reflects a growing focus on advanced defence electronics infrastructure, particularly in areas requiring precision testing environments such as anechoic chambers, which are critical for radar, communication, and electronic warfare systems.

The company stated that the MoU is aimed at strengthening its presence in high-technology defence segments while enhancing its capabilities in delivering integrated solutions across the value chain.
