This strategic move will see the hotel managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
This development follows closely on the heels of Lemon Tree’s second operational hotel in Bhubaneswar, underscoring the company’s long-term commitment to the city and its confidence in Odisha’s burgeoning hospitality market. Bhubaneswar, recognised as one of Eastern India’s fastest-growing urban centres, continues to attract investment across various sectors, including administration, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and business, while also being a significant cultural and spiritual hub.
The new hotel, strategically located within the city, is designed to meet the diverse travel demands throughout the year. It will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, complemented by a restaurant, banquet facilities, a swimming pool, a spa, and a fitness centre, ensuring a contemporary and comfortable hospitality experience for guests.
