The new hotel, managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, is strategically located on NH-31C. It serves the Chirang–Bongaigaon corridor, a region gaining significance as a commercial and transit hub due to industrial activities, including the Indian Oil Refinery, and its proximity to Bhutan, facilitating cross-border trade.

Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Chirang, offers 40 well-appointed rooms and suites designed to provide a comfortable and modern experience for business, transit, and leisure travellers.
