Bajaj Electricals has announced the cancellation of its Q4FY26 earnings call, which was scheduled for 15 May 2026. The call, organised by ICICI Securities, was intended to discuss the company’s annual audited financial results for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2026.
The cancellation was attributed to inadvertent technical reasons, as stated in the company’s regulatory filing. Bajaj Electricals has assured stakeholders that it is in the process of rescheduling the earnings call and will provide a revised schedule to the stock exchanges in due course.
The company had previously communicated the details of the earnings call in a letter dated 8 May 2026. The call was set to take place at 4:45 PM IST.
Bajaj Electricals has requested that the stock exchanges take note of this update and consider it as compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
