Jindal Saw has announced that its 41st Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Friday, 29 May 2026 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The meeting will be convened to transact business in accordance with the notice to be sent to shareholders. The company will dispatch the annual report for the financial year 2025-26 along with the notice calling the 41st annual general meeting in due course.
The intimation has been filed with both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. The announcement was made by Sunil Kumar Jain, Company Secretary, on behalf of Jindal Saw.
