Anant Raj Limited has announced its decision to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore. The Finance and Investment Committee of the company’s Board of Directors approved the proposal during a meeting held on April 27, 2026.

The new entity, named , will focus on data centre, co-location, and cloud services, including artificial intelligence (AI) services. The subsidiary aims to leverage the data centre and cloud infrastructure being developed by Anant Raj.

The incorporation will be executed under the laws of Singapore, with all necessary governmental and regulatory approvals to be obtained as applicable. The initial capital structure for the subsidiary will consist of 1,000 shares at SGD 1 each, totalling SGD 1,000. will hold 100% shareholding and control of the new entity.

The Finance and Investment Committee meeting, where the proposal was approved, commenced at 4:15 PM and concluded at 5:00 PM.
