EMS Limited has secured a significant contract from (Urban), , for the laying of sewer networks and house connection work in 18 problematic wards. The contract, valued at approximately ₹14379.53 lakh, excludes GST.

The project involves surveying, soil investigation, and the design and supply of all necessary materials and labour. EMS will undertake the complete execution of the sewer network and house connection work on a turnkey basis. The contract specifies the completion of tasks within a 24-month period.

The awarded project covers five wards, namely Durgakund, Nariyan, Sarainandan, Jolha Northan, and Bhelupur, out of the 18 problematic wards identified in Nagar Nigam, Varanasi. This contract follows ‘s previous announcement on April 17, 2026, regarding its status as the lowest bidder for the tender.

EMS Limited, formerly known as EMS Infracon Pvt Ltd, confirmed that the contract does not involve any related party transactions and that there is no interest from the promoter group or group companies in the awarding entity.
