Ceigall India Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Water Resources Department in Punjab, Ropar. The contract, valued at ₹14.12 lakh, involves de-silting the Abohar Branch between RD 0-69500.

The contract awarded by the Water Resources Department, Office of Executive Engineer, Ropar, Punjab, specifies a quantity-based agreement. Key terms include a royalty payable to the Government of Punjab’s Water Resource Department, Abohar, at ₹3.5 per cubic feet. Additionally, the de-silted material from the project is to be utilised for filling purposes in ‘s adjoining projects.

This domestic contract is set to be executed within 20 days from the date of the contract agreement. Ceigall India confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
