Dredging Corporation of India has announced the resignation of Smt. P. Uma Gandhi from her position as General Manager (Finance). The resignation, tendered due to personal reasons, was communicated through an HR email dated 17 April 2026. Smt. Gandhi will also cease to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The effective date of her resignation is pending approval from the Competent Authority.
The company has assured that once the resignation is approved, further updates will be provided. A copy of the resignation letter has been submitted to the company as part of the formal process. This development has been disclosed to the stock exchanges in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
