Travel Food Services Limited (TFS), India’s leading airport food and beverage operator, has announced a key license extension for its material subsidiary, Travel Food Services (Delhi Terminal 3) Private Limited (TFS Delhi T3). The extension allows continued operation of 28 premium F&B outlets at Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in New Delhi until September 30, 2026.
Key Details of the Delhi Airport T3 License Extension
In a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, TFS disclosed that TFS Delhi T3 signed Supplementary License Agreement No. 10 with Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) on January 5, 2026. This agreement extends the existing license – originally set under the Amendment and Reinstatement License Agreement dated July 21, 2017, and due to expire on February 28, 2026 – by seven months.
This extension ensures uninterrupted service for millions of passengers traveling through one of the world’s busiest airports. TFS Delhi T3 will continue managing a diverse portfolio of food and beverage outlets, offering international and local brands to enhance the traveler experience at Delhi Airport Terminal 3.
