RPP Infra Projects Limited has received a new work order from the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu for the establishment of a Global Sports City in Chennai, according to its intimation dated February 20, 2026 .
The order value stands at Rs 205,89,14,000, including GST at 18%. The project involves the appointment of a contractor for design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC mode) of the Global Sports City.
As detailed in Annexure A of the filing, the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is to be executed within 18 months from the date of handing over of the site .
The agreement will be entered into between RPP Infra Projects Limited and the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu. The company is required to furnish a performance security deposit equivalent to 3% of the contract value for a validity period of 36 months, covering the defect liability period, as outlined in the work order document .
The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
