DEE Development Engineers Limited (DDEL) has secured a significant international order from one of the largest US-headquartered OEM conglomerates operating in the global power sector. The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, highlighting that the customer’s name cannot be revealed due to commercial considerations.

The order has been awarded through a Letter of Intent for the supply of HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) piping for 16 units. As part of the mandate, DDEL will deliver comprehensive process piping solutions for multiple HRSG projects, strengthening its position in the global power engineering supply chain.

According to the company’s disclosure, the aggregate value of the orders will exceed $40 million. The engagement is entirely international in nature, with the awarding entity based overseas. The Letter of Intent remains valid until 18 February 2027, providing a multi-year execution visibility for the company.

The contract does not involve any related party transactions, and neither the promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding customer. This reinforces the independent and arm’s-length nature of the deal.
