Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with Cisco to establish a new Center of Excellence (CoE) for Autonomous Enterprise Operations at the TCS Synergy Park Campus in Hyderabad. The initiative is designed to help enterprises transition from traditional rule-based automation to intelligent, self-governing IT operations powered by advanced AI technologies.

The newly launched CoE will focus on enabling zero-touch operations, allowing enterprise systems to sense, analyze, and act in real time with minimal human intervention. By reducing operational complexity and eliminating friction within existing IT environments, the collaboration aims to deliver measurable business outcomes rather than limiting IT to performance metrics alone.

At the heart of this transformation is an Agentic AI mesh architecture. This framework enables enterprise systems to sense and contextualize behavioural patterns through observability tools, assist users via conversational AI layers, and orchestrate as well as self-heal systems using intelligent automation frameworks. The goal is to create IT ecosystems that are adaptive, resilient, and aligned with dynamic business objectives.

The Hyderabad-based CoE will also serve as an experience hub for customers, built around the TCS five-level Services Autonomy Model. Enterprises visiting the centre will be able to explore AI-first, next-generation solutions tailored to specific industry verticals and business processes. The collaboration brings together TCS’ domain expertise with Cisco’s deep capabilities in networking, observability, and security to design connected IT ecosystems that support perpetual adaptability.

The partnership leverages a suite of advanced platforms including Cisco AppDynamics, Cisco Splunk, TCS ignio™, and TCS Cognix™, along with enterprise-grade application ecosystems. By integrating these technologies, the CoE aims to provide comprehensive real-time visibility, AI-driven decision-making, and proactive problem resolution.
