E2E Networks Limited announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Larsen & Toubro – Vyoma. The collaboration aims to scale high-performance GPU cloud infrastructure in the country and accelerate commercialization through E2E’s AI-native cloud platform.

Under the proposed arrangement, GPU infrastructure and related computing capacity procured, owned, or deployed by Larsen & Toubro – Vyoma will be integrated into E2E’s proprietary cloud and orchestration ecosystem, subject to definitive agreements. The integration will be powered by E2E’s Technology Integration & Runtime (TIR) platform, designed to deliver optimized and performance-oriented GPU cloud services for enterprise and AI-driven workloads.

The partnership is strategically aligned with India’s national AI ambitions and focuses on developing sovereign, high-performance computing capacity within the country. By combining Larsen & Toubro – Vyoma’s infrastructure execution expertise with E2E’s advanced AI-ready cloud architecture, the collaboration seeks to create scalable, reliable, and efficient GPU infrastructure at scale.

A key component of the collaboration will involve technical integration, commercial structuring, pricing frameworks, and operational alignment. The goal is to ensure predictable performance, enhanced observability, and workload intelligence for enterprises deploying AI models, machine learning workloads, and advanced computing applications.

As demand for GPU-powered cloud infrastructure surges across sectors such as fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, defense, and generative AI startups, the partnership positions both companies to play a central role in strengthening India’s high-performance computing ecosystem. The initiative also supports the broader objective of reducing dependency on foreign hyperscalers by building robust domestic GPU cloud capacity.
