Mastek Limited has announced the resignation of its Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, Arun Agarwal, effective December 3, 2024. The resignation was communicated through an official letter and later shared with the company’s stakeholders.
Arun Agarwal, who has been associated with Mastek for eight years, expressed gratitude for his journey with the organization. In his resignation letter, Agarwal highlighted his contributions to building a market-leading IT service portfolio post the company’s demerger with Majesco. He commended Mastek’s strong governance and transparent culture, which he believes were instrumental in achieving consistent performance.
While stepping down, Agarwal assured his commitment to a smooth transition. He will continue supporting the company in finding a suitable replacement and assist during the handover process. His resignation letter emphasized his fond association with Mastek, stating, “Once a Mastekeer, always a Mastekeer.”
