Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) on Monday reported a 2% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit to ₹1,681.87 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), compared to ₹1,717.32 crore in the same quarter last year.
However, the company’s revenue from operations rose 3.8% YoY to ₹6,722.83 crore, up from ₹6,474.58 crore reported in Q4 FY24. The total income for the quarter stood at ₹6,723.80 crore.
On the expense side, total expenditure came in at ₹5,041.93 crore for Q4 FY25, as against ₹4,760.67 crore in Q4 FY24.
