Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on May 7 announced that its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business vertical has secured multiple large orders valued between ₹2,500 crore and ₹5,000 crore from a major real estate client for projects across Hyderabad, Mumbai and Karnataka.

According to the company’s classification, “large” orders fall within the ₹2,500 crore to ₹5,000 crore range.

The first order relates to a large residential development project in Hyderabad. The scope of work includes the design and construction of 10 high-rise residential towers, each rising up to 180 metres with a configuration of two basements plus 55 floors. The project also includes the construction of two clubhouses.

The second order has been awarded for a luxury high-rise residential tower project in Mumbai. L&T said the scope includes construction of the RCC shell and core structure of the tower, which will rise up to 260 metres with a configuration of five basements plus 63 floors.

The third project pertains to the construction of multiple residential villas, a luxury hotel and related ancillary structures in Karnataka. The scope includes construction of RCC shell and core structures along with associated finishes.

L&T stated that its Buildings & Factories business continues to leverage its engineering and execution expertise across residential buildings, commercial spaces, hospitals, airports, data centres and industrial infrastructure projects.

The company highlighted that the B&F vertical has a strong track record in delivering large EPC solutions across diverse sectors including factories, automobile plants, battery storage facilities, power infrastructure and other complex industrial structures.
