Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd (GIPCL) has announced an update to its earlier communication dated 12 August 2025. The Board has decided to cancel the tender along with the previously approved award of contract to H. D. Enterprise, Vadodara.
In line with the terms of the existing work order, the Board has further approved an extension of the mining contract awarded to P C Patel Infra Pvt. Ltd. The extension will cover the execution of the remaining mining quantities for a period of one year or until the completion of all unexecuted quantities, whichever occurs earlier.
The decision ensures operational continuity and allows the company to complete the balance scope of work without interruption.
