Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Great Value Realty Limited for a major civil and structural works contract valued at approximately ₹445 crore, excluding GST. The project relates to the Great Value Ekanam development located at GH-02, Sector 107, Noida, further strengthening Capacit’e’s presence in the NCR real estate market.
The scope of work includes comprehensive civil and structural construction for the residential project, underscoring Capacit’e Infraprojects’ expertise in executing large-scale, high-rise developments. The order adds meaningful visibility to the company’s order book and reflects steady demand in the urban housing segment.
