Brigade Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has acquired an 11-acre land parcel strategically located opposite ITPL in Whitefield, Bengaluru. This acquisition reinforces Brigade’s commitment to expanding its commercial real estate footprint in one of the city’s most prominent tech and business hubs.
The land will be developed into a world-class commercial property with a gross leasable area of approximately 1.5 million square feet and a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹2,000 crores.
