G R Infraprojects has received a major infrastructure boost after securing a Letter of Acceptance dated 17 February 2026 from West Central Railway for a large railway construction project in Madhya Pradesh. The order has been awarded under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode and carries a contract value of ₹1,897.51 crore.
The project involves the construction of a new railway line between Bahari and Gondawali stations, forming part of the Sidhi–Singrauli new rail link. This strategic rail corridor is expected to significantly enhance connectivity and improve freight and passenger movement in the region.
The scope of work under the contract is extensive and includes construction of the railway line from Km 124/400 to 165/380. The project covers earthwork, minor and major bridges, important bridges, viaducts, Road Over Bridges (ROB – RCC Box Type), Road Under Bridges (RUB/LHS), station buildings, tunnels, track work, and various associated infrastructure components.
The completion period for the project has been set at 900 days from the appointed date. Given the scale and technical complexity of the project, the order further strengthens the company’s presence in the railway EPC segment and enhances its already robust order book.
