Acme Solar Holdings has signed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with for a total capacity of 450 MW/1,800 MWh.

The agreements, signed through its subsidiary Acme Greentech Seventh Private Limited, are set for a 25-year term starting from 2 March 2026. These PPAs are part of the Tranche-FDRE-4 tender, which was conducted under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding guidelines. An e-reverse auction for the tender was held on 9 October 2025, with the Letter of Award (LOA) received on 10 November 2025.

The projects will connect to ISTS substations, leveraging night-time connectivity in ‘s high irradiation zones. Under the agreements, commits to providing four hours of assured peak power during non-solar hours, ensuring 90% availability on both a monthly and annual basis.

This latest signing brings Acme Solar’s total PPA agreements in the current financial year to 1,690 MW, with an overall signed capacity reaching 6,270 MW.
