Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd surged over 5% in morning trades after the company reported a strong set of earnings for the fourth quarter of FY26, driven by sharp revenue growth and solid profit expansion.
The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 1,102.4 crore in Q4 FY26, nearly doubling from Rs 476.6 crore in the same quarter last year.
Operating performance also remained healthy during the quarter. EBITDA rose 63.7% year-on-year to Rs 206.8 crore compared to Rs 126.3 crore in Q4 FY25. However, despite the strong growth in absolute terms, EBITDA margin declined to 18.76% from 26.5% a year ago, indicating some pressure on margins, likely due to higher input costs or execution-related factors.
On the profitability front, the company delivered a strong bottom-line performance. Net profit increased 66% year-on-year to Rs 155.7 crore, up from Rs 93.8 crore in the corresponding period last year, supported by higher revenues and improved scale of operations.
