IKS Health has secured three prestigious awards from Black Book Research in 2026, reaffirming its leadership in AI-driven revenue cycle management (RCM), medical coding, and clinical documentation and AI services. This marks the second consecutive year the company has been recognised in the AI-driven RCM category, the fourth year in medical coding, and an impressive 13 years in clinical documentation and AI services.
Sachin K. Gupta, Founder and Global CEO of IKS Health, expressed his satisfaction with the recognition, stating, “We are pleased to once again earn top honours from Black Book Research in AI-driven RCM, medical coding, and clinical documentation and AI solutions.” He emphasised the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering intelligent healthcare solutions that integrate AI-driven platforms with human expertise.
The awards come amidst a backdrop of anticipated market growth in these sectors. Black Book Research highlighted that 35% to 55% of surveyed providers plan to increase spending on AI-driven RCM managed services in 2026, with expectations of further increases in 2027. Similarly, spending on outsourced coding is projected to rise, with 35% to 55% of providers planning increases in 2026, followed by 40% to 60% in 2027.
IKS Health’s top ranking in AI-driven RCM services is attributed to its excellence in claims processing optimisation, denial prevention, and revenue integrity solutions. The company ranked first in nine out of 18 key performance indicators, including denial prevention and claim optimisation performance, AI-driven revenue protection, and customer support.
In the medical coding category, IKS Health led in nine performance indicators, such as code set change management, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. The clinical documentation and AI services category saw IKS Health excel in 14 indicators, including strategic alignment, innovation, and data security.
Doug Brown, Founder of Black Book Research, commented on the findings, noting that healthcare buyers are increasingly rewarding vendors that deliver measurable client outcomes through service delivery and technology enablement.
