The subsidiary has been established with an authorised capital of ₹5,00,000, divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of ₹5 each. As of the current date, the entire paid-up share capital of ₹5,00,000 is held by Maharashtra Seamless Limited.
No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for this incorporation, streamlining the process for Maharashtra Seamless Limited.
