Pace Digitek Limited has announced a major business win, revealing that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, has secured a significant order worth ₹1,994.20 million from Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Construction. The order, dated November 24, 2025, has been awarded for supplying advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to the Bihar State Power Generation Company Limited’s Kajra project.
According to the company’s regulatory filing under SEBI’s Listing Regulations, the contract involves delivering LiFePO4-based liquid-cooled BESS integrated containers. The total supply capacity stands at 2,75,825 kWh across 55 units, marking one of the larger BESS deployments for the state’s upcoming power infrastructure.
The order has been placed by a domestic entity, and the scope is strictly product-supply oriented. Pace Digitek confirmed that there is no promoter or related-party involvement in the transaction, ensuring a fully arm’s-length deal.
Manufacturing clearance for the project is expected by December 2025, with complete delivery scheduled before March 2026. This timeline aligns with the state’s push to strengthen its power storage capabilities as part of broader grid modernisation efforts.
