Ashiana Housing witnessed a strong surge of over 5% in morning trade after the company delivered an impressive year-on-year performance for the September quarter. As of 9:47 AM, the shares were trading 5.50% higher at Rs 304.85.

For the quarter, Ashiana Housing reported revenue of ₹166 crore, a substantial rise compared to ₹54.4 crore in the same period last year.

The company also posted an EBITDA of ₹29.4 crore, marking a strong recovery from a loss of ₹11.8 crore a year ago. With this turnaround, the operating margin improved to 17.7%, signaling better cost control and improved operational efficiency.

Ashiana Housing swung back into the green on the bottom line as well. The company reported a net profit of ₹27.6 crore, compared to a loss of ₹7.5 crore last year.
