Lodha Developers Ltd shares rose more than 2% in early trade on Friday after the company reported a robust set of numbers for the September quarter (Q2 FY26), driven by strong demand momentum and improved profitability. As of 9:33 AM, the shares were trading 2.69% higher at Rs 1,202.90.

On a consolidated year-on-year basis, revenue jumped 44.7% to ₹3,799 crore compared to ₹2,626 crore in the same period last year. The company’s EBITDA surged 57.4% to ₹1,109 crore from ₹705 crore, while margins expanded to 29.2% from 26.8%.

Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹789 crore, marking an impressive 86.5% growth over ₹423 crore a year ago.
