LTM Limited announced a strategic partnership with UK-based SSP Group to deliver AI-powered modernization of IT infrastructure and application support services.
Under the agreement, LTM will provide end-to-end IT infrastructure support and enhanced application maintenance services for SSP Group, a global operator of food and beverage outlets across travel locations including airports and railway stations.
The company said it will leverage its AI capabilities, including the BlueVerse ecosystem, to help SSP manage operational risks, simplify infrastructure complexities and improve business efficiency and agility.
The collaboration will also focus on enabling data-driven decision-making, accelerating automation-led innovation, improving customer experience and optimizing costs through AI-powered simplification initiatives.
Jon Wood, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at SSP Group, said the partnership with LTM would help accelerate the company’s IT transformation and improve support operations.
Manju Kygonahally, Chief Business Officer – Europe at LTM, stated that the company would support SSP Group’s modernization initiatives through its AI-first approach and domain expertise.
LTM added that it will support SSP Group’s long-term transition toward a more intelligent and streamlined IT infrastructure across its global operations network.
SSP Group currently operates around 3,000 food and beverage outlets across 38 countries and employs nearly 49,000 people globally.
