BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited announced that it has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L1) for a project awarded by Eastern Railway, Sealdah Division, under Tender No. LD-300-WC-18-2025-26.
The contract involves carrying out 25KV overhead electrification (OHE) and allied electrical works related to the removal of in-between track OHE masts across the Sealdah Division. The project is expected to be executed within 12 months and carries a total estimated value of Rs 8.66 crore (inclusive of GST).
The company clarified that the order falls under its normal course of business and aligns with its ongoing efforts to expand its footprint in railway electrification and infrastructure development.
This project win further strengthens BCPL’s execution pipeline in Eastern India, enhancing its position as a key player in India’s railway electrification and modernization drive.
