Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has informed that it has entered into an agreement with Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the agreement, Zaggle will provide Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited with its Zaggle Fleet Program. The agreement is domestic in nature and will be executed over a period of five years.
The company stated that neither its promoters nor promoter group have any interest in Megha City Gas Distribution Private Limited, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
