Vikram Solar Limited has announced that it has secured a major order for 336 MW high-efficiency solar modules from L&T Construction. The modules will be deployed at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat, a region where Vikram Solar has already made significant contributions .

As part of the agreement, Vikram Solar will supply its advanced Hypersol G12R modules, which are based on N-type technology. These modules are designed for improved bifaciality (up to 80%), enhanced high-temperature performance, and minimal annual degradation (≤0.4%). According to the company, the deployment of G12R modules will enhance Balance-of-System (BOS) efficiency and help reduce the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), making solar power more cost-effective and accessible .

Deliveries for this order are scheduled between November 2025 and March 2026. Vikram Solar’s Chairman & Managing Director, Gyanesh Chaudhary, said the project is a testament to the trust placed in the company’s technology and execution capabilities. “Each project we deliver reflects our commitment to excellence and India’s clean energy transition,” he noted .

Earlier in May 2025, Vikram Solar had secured another major contract — a 326 MW supply order from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) for the same renewable energy park. With this latest win, the company has further strengthened its position as a leading supplier in one of India’s most ambitious renewable energy projects .

Vikram Solar, headquartered in Kolkata, is one of India’s largest photovoltaic module manufacturers with a cumulative production capacity of 4.5 GW. The company has a global footprint across 39 countries and has been recognized as a ‘Top Performer’ in PVEL’s PV Module Reliability Scorecard 2025 as well as included in BloombergNEF’s Tier 1 solar PV module manufacturer list .
