Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited, announced that it has secured a significant turnkey contract worth Rs 80.55 crore from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL). The order, received on September 1, 2025, falls under the System Improvement (SI) Scheme and is aimed at strengthening the power distribution infrastructure in the Bhavnagar Circle of Gujarat.
The contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with its accessories and allied items. The project is expected to create a robust network to ensure reliable power supply in the 11KV feeder lines of the region.
According to the company’s filing with the stock exchange, the project will be executed within 12 months. The order value of Rs 80,55,15,731.02 includes all applicable taxes.
Advait Energy clarified that this order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transactions.
This contract marks another milestone for the company as it continues to expand its role in India’s power infrastructure sector.
