Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited has informed that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Trans Metalite India Ltd. amounting to approximately ₹100 crores. The order is for operation and production of patch repair work in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The time period for completion of the work is five years.
The company stated that with this award, its total unexecuted order book as on date stands at over ₹400 crores.
As per the disclosure, the order has been awarded by a domestic company, Trans Metalite India Ltd., and relates to operation and production of patch repair work in Andhra Pradesh. The order does not fall under related-party transactions, and the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
