Dilip Buildcon Ltd has announced the provisional completion of its prestigious infrastructure project: the four-laning of the Puducherry-Poondiyankuppam section of NH-45A (New NH-332), spanning from km 29.000 to km 67.000 under the Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase I. The project, executed on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), has been declared fit for commercial operation from May 16, 2025, with the Provisional Completion Certificate issued by the relevant authorities.

The project, valued at ₹1,228 crore, includes first-year Operations & Maintenance (O&M) costs of ₹3 crore and will have an operational period of 15 years starting from the Commercial Operation Date (COD).

In line with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities will remain closed until 48 hours after this information is publicly available.

This milestone reinforces Dilip Buildcon’s position as a leading player in India’s road infrastructure sector, contributing to improved connectivity and regional development across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
