Astral Limited has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26), showing a decline in profitability despite steady revenue growth.

The company’s Revenue from Operations stood at ₹1,361.2 crore in Q1FY26, down 1.6% from ₹1,383.6 crore in Q1FY25. Total Income slipped 1.8% YoY to ₹1,370.3 crore from ₹1,395.5 crore.

On the profitability front, EBITDA (calculated as Total Income minus total expenses, excluding finance costs and depreciation) dropped to ₹378.4 crore from ₹393.5 crore last year, marking a 3.8% decline. EBITDA margin stood at 27.6% versus 28.2% YoY.

Net Profit for the quarter came in at ₹79.2 crore, down 33.8% from ₹119.5 crore in Q1FY25. EBITDA declined 13.8% YoY to ₹185 crore from ₹214.4 crore, with the EBITDA margin contracting to 13.6% from 15.5% in the same quarter last year, reflecting cost pressures.
