Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a franchise agreement for Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Karnal, Haryana. This strategic move strengthens the company’s presence in the state, bringing its total to 13 hotels, including 11 operational and two upcoming properties.
Karnal is rapidly becoming a significant urban centre in Haryana, supported by infrastructure development, growing industrial activity, and its strategic location along a major highway corridor. The city’s economic growth and increasing transit volume are driving demand for quality hospitality services catering to corporate, social, and transit travellers.
The new hotel will feature 50 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet and conference hall, swimming pool, fitness centre, and other public areas, offering guests a comfortable and contemporary hospitality experience.

The hotel offers convenient connectivity, located approximately 127 km from Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh, and around 4.2 km from Karnal Railway Station.
