UNO Minda reported a robust set of financials for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, registering significant growth across revenue and profitability metrics compared to the same period last year.
The company’s total income stood at ₹4,501.12 crore, marking a 17.6% jump from ₹3,828.55 crore in Q1 FY25. Revenue from operations came in at ₹4,489.09 crore, up 17.6% YoY from ₹3,817.51 crore.
EBITDA for the quarter rose sharply by 33% year-on-year to ₹543 crore, compared to ₹408 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The EBITDA margin also improved to 12%, up from 11% a year ago, indicating stronger operating efficiency and better cost control.
On the expense side, total costs increased to ₹4,149.27 crore from ₹3,587.78 crore, up 15.6% year-on-year. Profit before tax excluding exceptional items came in at ₹399.11 crore, a solid rise from ₹277.47 crore in Q1 FY25. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹309.03 crore, showing a 46.7% year-on-year growth from ₹210.80 crore.
