Waaree Energies Limited has announced an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 10 lakh equity shares of Indosolar Limited (2.4% of Indosolar’s paid-up equity capital) through the stock exchange mechanism. The sale will happen on July 10, 2025 (for non-retail investors) and July 11, 2025 (for retail investors) via a separate window on BSE and NSE.
