Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with XiCon International Ltd. to lease up to 7,500 Wolf+ electric scooters over a period of two years. The strategic agreement, disclosed on May 29, is aimed at expanding sustainable mobility solutions across multiple cities in India.

According to the company’s stock exchange filing, the leased scooters will be deployed in 3–4 cities, marking a significant step in Wardwizard’s efforts to support green transportation infrastructure. The deal does not involve any equity shareholding or related-party transactions.

The company emphasized that this partnership aligns with its long-term vision of promoting environmental sustainability and supporting the country’s shift toward electric mobility.

There are no current provisions for board nominations or potential conflicts of interest as part of this agreement. The deal is also not associated with any issuance of equity shares.

This move follows Wardwizard’s broader strategic push to enhance the adoption of electric vehicles in India through innovative leasing models and strategic tie-ups.
