Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday visited the Bhuj Air Force Station in Gujarat, one of the Indian military installations recently targeted by Pakistan in cross-border hostilities. The visit underscores India’s firm stance on national security following heightened tensions in the region.

Singh’s visit to Bhuj comes a day after he reviewed the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir, focusing on the Line of Control (LoC) and the International Border.

Addressing media personnel at the Bhuj air base, Singh stated, “Operation Sindoor is not yet over. Whatever happened so far is just the trailer. When the time comes, the whole world will witness the full picture.”

Rajnath Singh also issued a stern warning to Pakistan, describing the current ceasefire agreement as a “probation period” based on Islamabad’s behaviour. He said, “The current ceasefire is like probation for Pakistan on the grounds of its behaviour. If Pakistan behaves properly, it’s good or else we will revert back. Pakistan is on probation as of now for India.”
