Shares of Medi Assist Healthcare Services Ltd declined over 5% to ₹467.30 in early trade on Thursday after the company reported a decline in consolidated net profit for the March quarter. The company’s net profit for Q4 FY25 dropped to ₹21.5 crore, down 14% from ₹25.1 crore in the same period last year and sharply lower from ₹29.5 crore in the December quarter.

Revenue for the quarter, however, rose 13% to ₹189 crore from ₹167 crore a year ago, driven by higher business volumes.

EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹40.7 crore, up from ₹37 crore a year ago. However, EBITDA margin slipped to 21.57% from 22.19% in the corresponding period last year, reflecting cost pressures.

The profit miss and margin contraction weighed on the stock sentiment, dragging the stock down over 5% during Thursday’s session.
