HG Infra Engineering Limited (HGINFRA) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, H.G. Raipur Visakhapatnam OD-6 Private Limited, has received the provisional completion certificate for a major highway project in Odisha.
The project involves the development of a six-lane section from Baunsaguar to Baraja (km 203+000 to km 338+558) on NH-130-CD under the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor. The project was undertaken on a hybrid annuity model (HAM) and awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
Originally scheduled for completion by June 1, 2022, the revised schedule was May 31, 2024. The project was declared fit for entry into commercial operations as of January 8, 2025, following the issuance of the provisional certificate by the Independent Engineer.
The project cost stands at ₹1,123.11 crore and was executed over a period of 730 days.
HG Infra confirmed that the provisional certificate was issued on April 25, 2025, and received by the company on April 28, 2025. The company also clarified that the trading window for dealing in its securities remains closed till 48 hours after the announcement of its audited financial results for FY25, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
