Zen Technologies Limited has announced the completion of its acquisition of ARI Labs Private Limited (ALPL) and a majority stake in Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL). The company acquired 100% of ALPL’s total paid-up share capital from its existing shareholders, Mr. Shravan Rewari and Mrs. Amarjeet Rewari, for Rs. 2.5 crore. Additionally, Zen Technologies gained control of ARIPL from Mr. Shravan Rewari and Ms. Naomi Rewari, acquiring 76% of its total paid-up share capital, with the transfer process currently underway.
The acquisition of the remaining 24% of ARIPL will be completed in due course, making ARIPL a wholly owned subsidiary of Zen Technologies. The transaction was carried out in multiple tranches, involving an investment of up to Rs. 127.5 crore. This acquisition aligns with Zen Technologies’ strategic expansion in defense and simulation technology, further strengthening its market position.
