RattanIndia Enterprises Limited announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Jayant Khosla, effective February 7, 2025. Mr. Khosla has stepped down from his role due to family relocation and personal commitments.
In an official statement, RattanIndia Enterprises acknowledged Mr. Khosla’s valuable contributions and leadership during his tenure. The company expressed gratitude for his guidance and the strategic direction he provided across various business functions.
“We sincerely appreciate Mr. Khosla’s dedication and leadership during his time with us. We respect his decision and wish him success in his future endeavors,” the company stated.
In his resignation letter addressed to Chairman Rajiv Rattan and Vice-Chairperson Anjali Rattan Nashier, Mr. Khosla expressed gratitude for the trust and support extended to him during his tenure.
“It has been an enriching experience leading RattanIndia Enterprises. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and for the collaboration with the Board and Management Team. Due to personal commitments and family relocation, I hereby tender my resignation, effective at the close of business hours on February 7, 2025,” he stated.
The company has not yet announced a successor to Mr. Khosla. Further updates regarding leadership appointments or interim management will be communicated in due course.
