Kaka Industries Limited, a prominent name in PVC-based product manufacturing, has recently announced the full commissioning of its advanced manufacturing facility in Village Lasundra, Tehsil Kathlal, District Kheda, Gujarat. This milestone marks a significant leap forward for the company, overcoming a persistent power supply issue that had hampered operations for the past six months.
Spanning 8,00,000 square feet, with 4,00,000 square feet dedicated to constructed and under-construction zones, the facility is engineered to deliver an impressive production capacity of 40,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA). This marks a more than 120% increase from the current utilization of 18,000 MTPA, expected over the next 2–3 years.
As of January 2, 2025, the facility has transitioned to an uninterrupted power supply from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), with the supporting power infrastructure fully completed. This resolution enables the plant to operate at full capacity, paving the way for heightened productivity and efficiency.
The enhanced manufacturing capability positions Kaka Industries Limited to meet surging market demand while reinforcing its leadership in the polymer industry. With a robust branding strategy and a strong dealer and customer network, the company is poised for sustained growth.
