Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh added another chapter to real estate portfolio. The actor couple has leased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Beau Monde Towers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, which is located in Prabhadevi. The apartment has a monthly rent of Rs. 7 lakhs.
Square Yards reports that the leased property has a built up area of 3,245 sq. ft. and the carpet area is 2,319.50 sq. ft. it is not difficult to see they have some space to grow. The apartment is among a number of premium residential ones by the Ashwin Sheth Group and comes with three dedicated car parking spaces.
The lease agreement is one of 36 months entered into November 2024. This is the rent structured where first 18 months the rent is Rs 7 lakhs and then next period for remaining period rent is Rs 7.35 lakhs. The couple also laid an initial security of Rs 21 lakhs.
Mumbai’s most sought after locales Prabhadevi enjoys connectivity to major city hubs through the Western Express highway and the Worli – Bandra Sea link.
The actress is familiar with Beau Monde Towers as she owns property in the same complex. Deepika’s latest addition of the couple’s family matches what the actress has been doing in real estate, purchasing a massive bungalow in Alibaug and a luxurious Bandra apartment.
