Jindal Saw has issued a clarification regarding the setup of a new plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for its Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) facility. The company corrected the date for the plant’s establishment to 9th June 2025, which was previously misstated as 9th June 2026.
The clarification follows an earlier announcement on 27th April 2026, where the board approved the establishment of the additional plant to meet the rising demand for pipes. This facility is being developed through a joint venture with Buhur Altavision Co.
The correction aims to rectify the inadvertent error in the date mentioned in the previous communication. Stakeholders and investors are advised to update their records with the correct date.
