Former actress Somy Ali recently attracted media attention with her accusations against celebrated singer Sonu Nigam. Somy accused Sonu of both misleading and defrauding her, describing him as a sociopath, through a comprehensive Instagram post. What accompanied the accusations was a lengthy video message in which she expressed her feelings and dissatisfaction.
In her post, Somy indicated her disbelief and shock regarding being apparently tricked by the singer. She brought up how she at first admired the singer but later became aware of his genuine intent. Referring directly to the singer she wrote, “This is what people are and how they take advantage of you. @sonunigamofficial… I am shell shocked is and would be an understatement.” Ali added that her reliance on Nigam made her feel as if she had been tricked.
“Oh, by the way, this man who played me is Sonu Nigam. Be wary. He likes to make videos… These kinds of people are sociopaths,” she said in conclusion, conveying her considerable betrayal.
