In the movie, Triptii Dimri played a part as Ranbir Kapoor’s romantic interest, Zoya, who discloses her main plan near the mid-point. Regardless of her supporting role, the actress managed to take the spotlight. Triptii recently called Zoya “brave and innocent” and divulged her reasons for signing, Animal.
The Bad Newz actress described feeling energized while on those sets, however, unlike her more recent work, she found Animal to be ‘quite challenging’. Triptii pointed out that signing films that require her to grow as an actor is important.
“Every time I get a role, I feel like it’s both scary and challenging. That’s exactly how I felt when Sandeep sir explained Zoya’s character to me. She seemed both brave and innocent at the same time, and that excited me. I’m always looking for roles that offer something different,” Triptii remarked during India Today Conclave 2024 event.
At the same conclave, the question for Triptii was to choose between Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal as her ‘3 AM friend’. Triptii brought up co-star Vicky Kaushal when she suggested they are quite close.
Meanwhile, on the work front, the actress will be next seen in Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Voh Wala Video, alongside Rajkummar Rao. She will also be sharing screen space with Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
